Description of the competition timeline
- March 1st, 2014: a training dataset composed of 15 patients (data + manual reference meshes) will be available through a MIDAS website after registration. The participants will then have to upload their mesh results on the same website in order to automatically see the score they obtain for each partient. At that stage of the contest, the scores of the different participants are not public, i.e. each participant could see only his own score.
- May 13th, 2014: a dataset named Test1 composed of 15 new patients (only data) will be available through the same MIDAS website. - June 13th, 2014: Paper submission deadline.
- June 27th, 2014: Notification of acceptance.
- July 11th, 2014: Publication-ready paper sumbission deadline.
- July 22nd, 2014: Deadline for registration to MICCAI website.
- August 1st, 2014: The scores obtained by each participant on the dataset Test1 will be made publicly available on the MIDAS website.
- the day of the challenge, the 14th of September: a dataset named Test2 composed of 15 new patients (only data) will be available through the same MIDAS website. The participants will then have to upload their mesh results. At the end of the day, the final scores obtained by each participant, as long as the corresponding rankings will be presented.
