- MLOps and Good AI Practices or the Modern Way of Developing Deep Learning Software
Machine learning has progressed at a tremendous pace in the past few years. While it is true for the fundamental science behind ML, it is also true for the software development in real-life conditions. In this presentation, we will see what an overview of what Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), Continuous Training (CT), Continuous Monitoring (CM) is all about, how R&D and Operations are two separate beasts, and how nowadays things such as data versioning, experimental management, testing, reproducibility, deployment and monitoring can now be automatized.
