Résumé :
Panagiotis Liaparinos received his B.Sc. degree from the Department of Medical Instruments Technology of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens, Greece, in 2002, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in medical physics from the University of Patras, Greece, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. His research interests include: phorphor-based X-ray detectors, optical diffusion modelling and Monte Carlo techniques. His published work includes 41 publications in peer reviewed international scientific journals, 78 publications in international scientific conferences with approximately 450 citations. He has participated in several national, international and European research projects. Currently, he holds the position of Associate Professor at the Biomedical Engineering Department of the University of West Attica in Greece
