The GRETSI and GdR IASIS have been organizing an annual Summer School on signal and image processing since 2006. Open to anyone interested (academics or industry professionals), it is primarily aimed at doctoral students or early-career researchers and aims to provide a synthesis as well as the latest advances in a current research theme. This Summer School takes place in the village of Peyresq, perched at an altitude of 1500 meters on a rocky spur in the Alpes de Haute Provence.
This year, the school will focus on low-rank approximation models and numerical optimization under the scientific co-direction of Jérémy Cohen, CNRS researcher and member of the CREATIS laboratory.
