If you use VV (vv.creatis.insa-lyon.fr) to see the data :

• Open a ct.mhd image (file, open)
• Choose "Soft Tissue" as preset (window & level of 400/20)
• Select "Tools", "Open ROI" then choose the binary contours. You can select several contours at one time
