This project aims at the visualization of detected anomalies within coronary arteries.
It is realized in collaboration among the Universidad de los Andes (Bogota, Colombia), CREATIS research laboratory (Lyon, France) and the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) (Lyon, France).
The scientific bases were provided by the results of Maria Alejandra Zuluaga's PhD thesis. One of the motivations of developing the visualization of coronary artery stenoses is to take part in the MICCAI challenge.
