[Vv] question regarding Image Fusion

Dear VV team I am a master student in medical physics in Iran. Regarding my thesis " quantitation in SPECT ", I need a software which satisfy my needs : 1- Deformable (nonrigid) fusion of MRI and SPECT images. 2- drawing Volume Of Interest (VOI) on fused images. 3- calculating Standard Uptake Value (SUV) for VOIs. I want to know your softwares can help me for these needs.thanks for your prompt reply
