Hi Jens,
The resolution of the .png/.jpeg image is the displayed resolution on
your screen because it's a screenshot. You can increase the size of the
displayed image using the top-right icon (see the screenshot).
For the border, I don't understand. On my computer, when I open your
screenshot the "border" is transparent instead black on mine. I have 2
ideas for the moment:
- the version of your libpng used by vv. (I use the version 1.6.21)
- I don't know if it's possible to have a transparency tag in Dicom. It
will explain the default transparent value.
