[Vv] Bug in clitkAffineTransform

Hi Benoit and all,

Thank you for your modifications and I incorporated them in the code.

I removed clitkResampleImage to avoid to maintain 2 resample codes and I 
recommend you to use clitkAffineTransform. Maybe some behavior of 
clitkResampleImage are not present into clitkAffineTransform so in a 
such case, just inform me and I will try to debug it. Maybe I'll do some 
modifications on clitkAffineTransform soon to have more options.
