[Vv] transformation matrix

Hi,

The loading part of the software is managed by ITK libraries. You can 
see this page to clarify the process:

I don't have Dicom series images with a non-identity "Image Orientation 
Patient" tag in my computer, so I can't verify, but I'm sure you can see 
the "Image Position Patient" tag into the Origin tag in vv.
