[Vv] VV - Installation issues

Hi Matthieu,
The clone command line works for me, either the server was down when you
tried or there is some problem with your network.
For the freeze, maybe it's because you're building with many threads and
the compilation swaps to disk due to memory over usage. VV requires a lot
more ram memory during compilation than itk and vtk.
As for the binary, it's not surprising that it's not compatible, it's hard
to make a binary that is portable too any platform. I'm not sure what the
problem is though.
