[Vv] Install problems

Hello Paul,

sorry for the delay ... Did you try the superbuild option ? Look for
'superbuild' in the page : https://www.creatis.insa-lyon.fr/rio/vv/
Download the CMakeLists.txt and ccmake with this file only, it will
download and compile all dependencies (qt, itk vtk). It's a long process.
