Hi Tian,

I added the clitk tools to the nightly build of vv (only for windows 64 
bit). So if you install the win64 version you should be able to use 
them. As I said they are not maintained, and fixing issue about these 
tools won't be a priority task for us.

Since they are use internally, we don't have a list of all 
functionalities but you should be able to guess what these tools are 
doing by reading their names.
