Hi Tian,

We are not providing any full clitk compilation because it takes a lot 
of time to maintain all these compilations for all these operating 
systems ...

Right now I am busy, but Monday I will have a bit of time to help you. 
Just tell me which operating system you are using and which tool you 
need. I will compile them for you.

If you want to compile it yourself we have a superbuild that should do 
the work for you : http://www.creatis.insa-lyon.fr/rio/vv/

Just add this in the clitk part so it will build the tools :

     -DCLITK_BUILD_TOOLS:BOOL=ON
     -DCLITK_BUILD_REGISTRATION:BOOL=ON
     -DCLITK_BUILD_SEGMENTATION:BOOL=ON
