[Vv] brew

Hi all,

a) I got a windows computer and used the windows installer 64 bit and vv
works (it was a breeze, I had to do nothing). Please, let me know how i
should proceed now to get the automatic motion mask. My aim is to obtain
the abdomen and lungs masked.

b)On OS-X, after tapping Homebrew, i still problems. Let me tell you what I
did, I hope it helps you(me) understand (what I did wrong):


1) installed VTK with --qt option
2) brew-installed qt
3) git-installed ITK with all_module "on" (I used git since i dont know how
to change the "configure" with brew), not with review "on" because it gives
me problem (same problem, for the insighttoolkit with brew). Here is the
problem with ITK:

4) brew formula with the new vv.rb (with and without --HEAD)
