[Vv] brew

Hello Sergio,

cou you please give a try to :
1. brew tap homebrew/science
(because itk is now in another repository)

2. brew install --HEAD ./vv.rb
(with the vv.rb attached to this email)

Warning : in this brew version, it uses itk with gdcm included, so some new
features (reading Dicom-RT Struct from dicom files) will not work properly.
To make it work, we need to separately install gdcm from git repo, then say
to itk it must use gdcm, then compile vv ...
