[Vv] building application out of source tree

Hi,
I don't think anyone has done this since clitk has never been meant as
a toolkit for dev. It could become one, you simply have to create a
UseCLITK.cmake file, similar to what is done in many toolkits, e.g.,
itk, Geant4, rtk...
