[Vv] building application out of source tree

Hi there,

we're trying to build an application relying on vv / clitk outside the 
source tree.
However, I don't know how to define the proper include/lib path to clitk.
Typically with ITK, you can use find_package to define these variables 
(ITK_INCLUDE_DIR, ITK_LIBRARIES, etc...), but this doesn't seem to be 
implemented here.
Has anyone tried something similar or has ideas on how to write the 
proper CMakeLists.txt file?
