[Vv] Problems installing CLITK via vv superbuild file

I read again your first error log in which you try to compile vv with 
superbuild. I had the same issue as yours and found the solution on 
google. You just have to add -no-glib to CONFIGURE_COMMAND and it will 
compile fine.

By the way, my last nightly build is certainly not old enough since you 
have gcc 4.1.2 and I compiled vv with gcc 4.3
