[Vv] Bug when saving an image that has an associated transformation matrix

True. So far, we have chosen to save them separate, the data on the
one hand and the transform matrix on the other (you can back it up in
a text file via the manual registration tool which will be
automatically opened if named with the default name). I am willing to
implement the backup of the matrix at the same time but I would need
an agreement. I don't have a strong opinion but does someone object?
Note that one would always be able to change matrix to identity
(right-click in the information panel).
