[Vv] Bug when saving an image that has an associated transformation matrix

Hi all,

I've just noticed that vv doesn't save images correctly when they have
an associated transformation matrix. You're probably aware of the issue,
but anyways:

If you look at the two files in http://sd-33294.dedibox.fr/~joel/vv_bug/
, the file baseline.nii has a transformation matrix. It is read
correctly by vv. However, if you save it, you obtain the file
baseline_vv.nii, which has an identity transform, and is oriented
differently. The problem is the same with .mh{a,d} formats.

If you want to check against another tool, itk-snap doesn't have the
problem.
