yep but I'm using a recent vtk 5.8 (qt enabled) and without this cmakelists edit, I do have a build error when linking to libQVTK.

Well... After several fails to build vv with itk4  and running out of arguments (and several beers later) David S. said that I should read the doc which indicates that itk3.20 is required .. 

I will run a ctest -D Experimental with my itk4

I agree... Component test would be better...
