[Vv] VV installation error

Hi Catarina,

Can you tell us what version of GCC you are using? It seems likely that 
the problem is related to an old version of it. Also, could you tell us 
what versions of qt, itk and vtk you have? You are likely to experience 
difficulties if you don't have up to date versions.

Note that if you only want to use vv (not modify it), there is a binary 
version available for download on the website, which should be easier to 
use.
