[Dcmlib] DICOMDIR produced by MakeDicomDir

Hi, everybody.

Does anyone use the gdcm DICOMDIR with anything but gdcm ?

Somebody told me it's considered as illegal by some clinical softwares 
/(PIVEW).

*/I found the field  'File Meta Information Version'  had an illegal 
length (fixed on CVS version).
Offset of the First Directory Record of the Root Directory Entity and 
Offset of the Last Directory Record of the Root Directory Entity are let 
to zero
(not so easy to compute :-(
I think (not sure)  somebody told me DICOMDIR was OK for e-film....

Any information is welcome.
