Finalement il s'avère plus difficile de localiser un point que je ne le
pensais...

Le centre de mon VOI Spectro est le suivant (je vous donne le nom du champ,
il parle de lui-même):

sSpecPara.sVoI.sPosition.dSag = -6.9733865752 
sSpecPara.sVoI.sPosition.dCor = -36.5901216
sSpecPara.sVoI.sPosition.dTra = 14.7918827

Sur mon IRM je peux voir:

Image Orientation Patient = 0.99999847691337 \ 0.00031206837101 \
0.00171720245773 \ 2.057834152e-010 \ 0.98388503756645 \ -0.1788022171363
Image Position Patient = -93.169985570341 \ -160.10741703466 \ 35.0068350681

Je suis sur que c'est sur cette image que la coupe spectro a été faite
pourtant je ne vois pas en quoi les informations correspondent, ni comment
les faire correspondre. Faut-il ramener l'image en position normale ?

	Finalement t'es arrive a lire ces images ? Apres une petite
recherche 
sur google ces images sont definis en 'Spectral Matrices' et il faut une 
'Spectral Map' pour passer de la matrice a une image anatomique...

	La partie chargement de la matrice doit etre relativement facile, 
ensuite c'est vrai on a besoin d'info de la part de Siemens, a moins que 
la map soit aussi dans le fichier DICOM
