Olivier,
Finalement t'es arrive a lire ces images ? Apres une petite recherche
sur google ces images sont definis en 'Spectral Matrices' et il faut une
'Spectral Map' pour passer de la matrice a une image anatomique...
La partie chargement de la matrice doit etre relativement facile,
ensuite c'est vrai on a besoin d'info de la part de Siemens, a moins que
la map soit aussi dans le fichier DICOM
