[Dcmlib] CMake compilation

[Benoit Regrain]

We are using a nightly version of VTK 4.5 dating from 14/01/2004 (revision
1.1791)
Because of our dogma (to have a unique version used by all, and not have
conflicts
between different computers), we can't change our vtk version before august
2004.

Greatings if you can change the testing... but otherwise, we won't compile
this test
for this time (until we have choiced to change our vtk version)
