[Dcmlib] CMake compilation

The thing is that CREATIS is using VTK 4.2.? , and there is no clear 
reason to switch to something else. I'll see how to change the testing 
on my side, if this is impossible I'll just ifdef it.

VTK 4.4 is not really a release anyway.
