[Vv] vv does not work with VTK-8.2 on macOS

Hi Benoit,

I just try to compile the last version of vv with VTK v8.2.0 and ITK 
v5.0.1 on MacOS Big Sur and I do not have any problem.
By default in VTk I have this option
VTK_RENDERING_BACKEND            OpenGL2
Maybe you have a different version of OpenGL. My OpenGL is distributed 
with XCode.
