[Vv] Error compiling VV

Hi all,

I want to use the tool clitkMotionMask implemented in VV. I followed the
steps in: https://www.creatis.insa-lyon.fr/rio/vv to get VV, and everything
worked till I compile VV when I got the following error:

 LNK1104 cannot open file '..\lib\Debug\clitkSegmentationGgoLib.lib'

and indeed that lib is missing in the Debug folder.

By now, the only CLITK option I have ON in CMake is CLITK_BUILD_VV.
Should I change any other option to fix that error?

And to get the clitkMotionMask tool?

I am using CMake 3.10.2 and Visual Studio 14 2015. Win64.
