[Vv] Help Installing VV

Hi Roberto,

The brew installer is a very old version not updated anymore. I remove 
it from the website. To install vv follow the compilation instructions. 
Maybe you can use brew to install Qt5 and then you have to compile VTK, 
ITK and vv from the github repositories.
