[Vv] vv main repository

Hi Benoit,

We change the main git repository to github to have a better visibility, 
use the issue tracker, the travis fork, .... The git Creatis is still 
active but I update it less frequently.
To update you git repository you can do something like that:
git remote add github https://github.com/open-vv/vv.git
git branch master --set-upstream-to github/master
