[Vv] clitkDicomRTStruct2Image issues

Thank you for your remarks on Docker. You are the first known user of 
the Docker image ! We will talk about it and maybe reconsider it to be a 
good first look for vv.
It's possible that some command line tool helps are not exactly updated. 
We start to migrate all codes on github. So you can report an issue on 
it:
https://github.com/open-vv/vv
(we will communicate on it latter).
