[Vv] Installing latest version of VV

Hi Amin,

We just upload a static version of vv on the website.
The main changes are the support of VTK6/7 & Qt5 and a new tool: profile 
line tool.

Since it's a static version, you can download the Qt5 version (Qt is 
included in the static build) and with this version libstatgrab is not a 
dependency. So It could work.
We will try to change parameters of the static compilation with Qt4 to 
avoid this kind of dependency problem soon.

For the moment, we're still try to deploy it correctly, so you can 
encounter some bugs; and if you want to use clitk tools, you have to 
install vv from scratch. Don't be afraid to do it, you have guidelines 
on the website, and if you need help don't hesitate to use the mailing 
list.
