[Vv] B-LUT : Fast and Low Memory B-spline Image Interpolation

Sir,

  I am looking for a toolbox to perform cubic B-spline interpolation on
Nvidia Tesla K20C card. I read you paper "B-LUT : Fast and Low Memory
B-spline Image Interpolation".

  I am unable to understand the difference between coefficients and basis
function weights. Can you please explain this to me.
