[Vv] Build problem with qt

Hi,

I had a problem building vv, because the git clone of qt didn't work at my
site. The reason was that the  announced IPV6 adress of gitorious.org dos not
work anymore.

As gitorious is dead anyway because they were acquired by gitlab, please
change the git clone URL for qt to the correct one (they are now on code.qt.io):

  GIT_REPOSITORY git://code.qt.io/qt/qt.git
