Hi there
I have been trying to install VV on the high powered computing network at my university
The following is the info on Cmake etc.
Alces Core HPC Configuration package release 4.2
LSB_VERSION=base-4.0-amd64:base-4.0-noarch:core-4.0-amd64:core-4.0-noarch:graphics-4.0-amd64:graphics-4.0-noarch:printing-4.0-amd64:printing-4.0-noarch
Scientific Linux release 6.7 (Carbon)
Scientific Linux release 6.7 (Carbon)
Cmake version 3.0.2
git version 1.7.1
gcc version 4.9.2
The I try and run a script to build the software but get the following error ( built from super build make lists.txt)
make[5]: *** [Rendering/CMakeFiles/vtkRendering.dir/vtkXOpenGLRenderWindow.cxx.o] Error 1
make[4]: *** [Rendering/CMakeFiles/vtkRendering.dir/all] Error 2
make[3]: *** [all] Error 2
make[2]: *** [Stamp/VTK/VTK-build] Error 2
make[1]: *** [CMakeFiles/VTK.dir/all] Error 2
make: *** [all] Error 2
I have also attached the full error file.
Does anyone have a solution to this?
Thanks in advance for any replies
Paul
