[Vv] trying to install vv on MacOSX yosemite: ITK problem

Hi,
I apologize, when I tried to compile clitk tonight, the clitkPadImageFilter
error occured. I'm not sure since when this appeared but it's definitely
pretty new. It's been fixed now:
