[Vv] Image order confusion

Dear Mengda,
Thank you for reporting this. We have not really realized this. I am
going to report a bug and suggest to sort them alphabetically by
default. In the meantime, you could simply use the command line as
follows:
vv --sequence crop00.mhd crop01.mhd crop02.mhd crop03.mhd crop04.mhd
crop05.mhd crop06.mhd crop07.mhd crop08.mhd crop09.mhd
