Hi,
VV is a visualization tool and we normally leave this processing to
command line tools. We have done the development of a clitk tool on
this aspect in the past but it has not been released publicly. We can
provide the code if you want to have a look but it has not been
throughly tested as far as I know. We are not currently active on this
but this is definitely interesting and any contribution to clitk on
this is appreciated.
