[Vv] Problems installing CLITK via vv superbuild file

Hi Vivien,
Although there were some warnings about compiler options not
being recognized it seems to have compiled fine. CLITK and VV also seem to
be working. In any case, I have attached both the output and error files
that were outputted if any of the developers are interested.
