[Vv] Viewing all images with the same window/level settings

Hi Romulo,
I do not confirm. For those who have not the chance to speak as good
French as Romulo, he raised the question of the button having an
effect on the visible images only. I do not observe this: all images,
including the non visible ones, have their W/L settings changed when
clicking on the 'All' button. If you do not observe the same as me,
please report it because it is a bug in my opinion...
Simon

PS: Romulo, how can you survive without VV at home?
