[Vv] Should we allow clitk filters for any vector type?

Thanks, Joel! It's indeed a valid suggestion, which we'll consider.
Still, I decided to rethink the problem a bit and I eventually came up
with a different solution, which can later be combined with yours. In
the end, I "rolled back" to support only the default vector image types
and left the other ones commented. I just had to do some refactoring to
make scalar and vector types independent, which wasn't the case before.
I believe the code is cleaner now.
A new version has thus been pushed.
