[Vv] Should we allow clitk filters for any vector type?

Hi,
Romulo has just pushed a change to allow the compilation of many more
vector filters, see

This has quite an impact on compilation time. The compilation of
clitkImageToImageGenericFilterBase.cxx.o takes now 3'40 instead of
1'40 on my computer. I can live with this but does someone else have
something against this change?
