[Vv] How to use VV?

Hi Mark,

If you want to use the overlay, you should load only one sequence, and 
use the overlay function (Overlay menu/ Add overlay...) to load the 
second one. Now there is a catch: the overlay function can't load Dicom 
directly, so you should open the sequence first, save it as *.mha (for 
example, it can be any format ITK can read), and use that for the overlay.

It's approximately the same deal for deformation fields, just load a 
3-component mhd file (or any other format ITK can read).
