[Vv] flicker with vv's ROI tool

Hi Joel,

try the last version there is a way to set the depth or a ROI. Does it
improve flicking ?

I work on an update off the ROI tool (to be merge with dicom-rt import
tool), but it is not finished yet. I will let you know.
