Hi vv guys,

I've compiled the latest version of vv on my rather old distribution. I
had to make quite a few changes to get it to compile. Some changes are
uninteresting and intrusive, but I think a few changes could be merged
and could actually improve the code. I join the patches to this mail.

Also, is it normal that vvStructureSet.cxx is compiled and wrap when the
corresponding tool is not used? I tried commenting the files in the
CMakeLists, and it worked fine.
