[Vv] VV 1.2 is released!

What version of VTK is it? I don't understand why this does not happen
here. Try replacing
#  include <vtkFFMPEGWriter.h>

with
#ifdef VTK_USE_FFMPEG_ENCODER
#  include <vtkFFMPEGWriter.h>
#endif
