[Vv] VV 1.2 is released!

Hi Peter,
It seems that you have turned on VTK_USE_MPEG2_ENCODER during the
compilation of vtk. This requires you to install some additional
software, the ffmpeg library. Have a look here:
http://www.vtk.org/doc/nightly/html/classvtkFFMPEGWriter.html#details
There are two solutions: either install the library or turn the option off.
