Hello Jothy,
now, it is only possible from the CVS, but we will provide another
alternative (git probably) soon. Keep in touch.
Regarding the dicom rt struct, there are 3 tools :
- one in the file menu that read dicomrtstruct, extract the 2D contours,
build a 3D binary mask with the contour and build 3D surface that are
displayed in vv
- one in command line that allow to convert dicomrtstruct into 3D binary
mask
- another in vv (still experimental) allowing to display several binary
images with few controls (opacity, contours, overlay etc)
